It’s a very interesting talk, Keith Yamashita dives into what the great leaders have in common. It’s not in everyone even if some may claim to be. Great minds views the details and the equation very differently. It may not make sense or not aligned to the norm. How they have a part to play in preserving the history and culture of an organization while making modern and progressive decisions to bring them forward.
